Gripliner

Gripliner is our standard entry level pallet liner providing anti-slip protection and security for pallets and loads in transit and storage.

It doesn’t come with moisture or mould protection, please check other products or Ultimate if you want an all-in-one solution.

Applications

Gripliners are most widely used for food and food packaging industry e.g. palletised consignments of boxes, bags, trays, cans/tins, bottles (beverages/sauces) and sacks.

Their superior anti-slip properties ensure that each stacked layer remains securely in place, mitigating the risk of displacement during movement and transportation, which is critical in maintaining the structural integrity of delicate items such as bottles and cans.

They protect sensitive products like food and beverages from the potential spillage and contamination that can occur in fluctuating temperatures and humid conditions. This makes them an indispensable tool in the supply chain, helping businesses to uphold stringent health and safety standards while reducing waste and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Benefits of using Gripliner palletliners
  • Better pallet stability means less plastic stretch film is required
  • All Gripliners have some element of recycled content (minimum 30%)
  • Thinner grades of paper mean more sheets per pallet so potentially (carbon) less deliveries, easier to store, transportation, fuel etc (vs corrugated board)
  • Thicker grades of paper mean better quality so less waste (vs corrugated board)
  • Significantly reduces stock, space, handling, transport costs and carbon footprint when compared against corrugated board.
    • Comparisons vs pallets of 400 corrugated boards (fluting, excess air). Like for like, B flute corrugated thickness 2.5-3.5mm. Users handle 10 pallets of board to a single pallet of Gripliner.
  • Recyclable /repulpable
