About

Company

Palletliners offers a range of coated paper pallet liners to help prevent damage to palletised shipments by isolating stacked products from any contamination source whilst offering additional security in transit benefits.

We produce and distribute over 100 pallets every week, each containing between 3,000 and 5,000 liners to customers who then use them to protect their consignments all over the UK and beyond.

Heritage

Backed by Packaging Products (Coatings) Ltd – one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of non slip pallet liners, waterproof paper and board – Palletliners have been manufactured and distributed for over 30 years from a Manchester site that can trace its origins in paper manufacturing all the way back to 1841.

In-depth knowledge of paper coating technology led us to create a unique production process with machines adapted to produce high quality coated palletliners.

We’ve evolved with the times to offer a variety of grades and finishes to meet the protection and security needs of logistics, warehousing and manufacturing companies.

Product

Our pallet liners are coated. Some are coated once, some multiple times with polyethylene (giving water protection), others with an acrylic for added grip.
